Orantes Law Firm, LLC is Hiring a Paralegal Near Brookhaven, GA

Overview

The Orantes Law Firm, LLC, a solo and growing plaintiff’s injury firm serving the Spanish-speaking Hispanic population, is seeking a bilingual paralegal or case manager to handle our workers’ compensation and/or personal injury caseload. This position requires heavy client contact, medical records, and treatment management; The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization and communication skills.

This position is full-time in-person in the Brookhaven/Chamblee. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

There may be a possibility for hybrid work after the probationary period, though not guaranteed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • answering phones
  • providing excellent customer service
  • requesting medical records and corresponding with medical providers
  • scheduling medical appointments and keeping up to date with medical treatment
  • conducting intakes and opening all new claims
  • and calendar management.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual English & Spanish Required (written and verbal fluency)
  • H.S. Diploma/GED required
  • Experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury is required, but experience in both or personal injury is preferred. However, we may be willing to train the right person.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact.
  • Knowledge of Clio is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
