Job Description
- Brecksville, OH 44141 (on-site)
- Increase revenue by upselling services to existing customers who haven't been contacted within the last 90 days.
- Keep the CRM customer database accurate and up-to-date, recording all interactions and relevant information.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations for current clients.
- Create accurate proposals for products and services.
- Collect all necessary setup information and documents for upselling clients promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve service issues.
- Identify key prospects and industry verticals/COIs as assigned by Director of Sales to schedule FTAs (First Time Appointments).
- Schedule FTAs in CRM for prospects and Sales Executives, including setting the agenda.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, including follow-up calls and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience
- Strong consultative sales personality/drive
- Some CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally in a fast-paced environment
