SALES ASSOCIATE

The Sales Associate role assists in fitness studio sales and operations, with a strong focus on membership sales, premium customer service as well as meeting sales production expectations. Ideal candidate has strong sales and customer service skills. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators including but not limited to:

• Membership sales and renewals
• Retail and concession sales
• Maximizing workout traffic
• Maintaining premium customer service levels.

SALES ASSOCIATE JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

• Membership sales
• Generating leads
• Follow up and follow through via phone, text and email, with all prospective clients.
• Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer service calls.
• Processing sales transactions.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically.
• Responds to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities.
• Attend and participate in all relative training programs
• Must be able to participate in 1-2 scheduled in studio workouts per week.

FITNESS SALES ASSOCIATE JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong sales skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
• Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
• Health & Fitness minded.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• To work early mornings, evenings and/or weekend hours as needed.

FITNESS SALES ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION:

$14.00 - $15.00 sales commissions on studio memberships individual bonuses team bonuses

High school or equivalent

Must be willing to work early am shifts (4:30AM) and weekends from to time.
