Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
- Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed
- Can appropriately time workouts
- Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment
- Perform outreach to members/intros and attend outreach events
- Are AED/CPR certified
- Are a current Certified Personal Trainer from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Pass the OTFit Certification Program
- Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual and committed to growth/learning
- Per Class Pay based on class attendance
- Free Gym Membership (family discounts too)
- Flexible hours, 2-4 classes at a shift
- OTF education and Uniform provided
- Fun staff events and team building
