We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET development to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Required Skills:
- 5 years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and Photoshop.
- Proven .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
- Proven solid experience in front-end design and development with hands-on experience in the leading JavaScript frameworks including Angular, JQuery, React (React JS, React Native), etc.
- Proven solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution across both technical and marketing groups.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develops application functionality using C# (primary), Angular, and Node.js.
- Prototype new application features using best practices.
- Continually increases performance and scalability of applications.
- Partner with other engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Review code to ensure product and design specifications are met.
- Owns the development of software fixes, enhancements, and/or new applications.
- Develops technical solutions that meet specifications.
- Executes assigned component-level software development and fixes using new or existing technologies.
- Designs specific components for projects and develops application specifications.
- Able to code against multiple technology stacks and perform end-to-end troubleshooting of owned applications.
- Serves as a high-level technical resource and "go-to" person for multiple applications.
- Become an SME and owner of multiple projects and applications.
- Leads efforts around problem analysis and issue resolution.
- Drives entire projects through solutions and design to development and continued support.
- Follow the team's best practices for simple and not over-complicated solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience considered.

- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
