Job Responsibilities:
Provide detailed technical design, and participate in development, testing, and debugging.
Build new technical artifacts (schemas, input forms, web apps, workflows, etc.) at varying levels of complexity and support previously created artifacts.
Triage and optimize programs and campaigns based on user needs/issues.
Ensure the software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards.
Lead discussions and work with teams to implement marketing campaigns.
Provide thoughtful, creative solutions to complex business problems, from concept through implementation.
Design and implement complex multi-wave, multi-channel triggered communications using a tool(s) such as Adobe Campaign, with coding for versioning (dynamic in email), offers and personalization, and Email Deployment.
Provide and be knowledgeable in "best practices" in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
Hands-on experience in Technical/Campaign Workflow, knowledge of external account configuration, offer management, data schemas, workflows, input forms, and web apps.
Strong familiarity with the Adobe Campaign data model and an understanding of the "why" and "how" of the application.
Familiarity with Web Development.
Good understanding of XML and JavaScript.
Hands-on expertise in SOAP & Rest API to interact with other upstream/downstream systems.
Familiarity with working with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
Independent learner and enthusiastic collaborator, comfortable researching and understanding complexities of the existing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one Adobe Campaign Classic certification, preferably Adobe Campaign Classic Developer Expert.
Experience with integrations between applications in Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, AEP).
Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
