**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
- Provide recommendations for services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer vehicle history
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in automotive service writing or related field
- Knowledge of mechanical repairs and maintenance, including tire services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in upselling services or products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus
