Business Analyst

Position Summary

Assist in accelerating our sales and the adoption of our EV trucks by providing insightful analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for our business – and be able to communicate the insights effectively with internal leadership and with external customers. Be a leader in improving our worksheets and internal understanding of performance and improving customer-facing materials and reports.

Position Responsibilities

• Implement improvements to take us to the next level versus current reporting and worksheets
• Leverage available CRM and Sales data to provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities to determine the most effective approaches
• Assist with planning and scheduling of production based on customer demand
• Prepare analytical reviews of truck usage/performance from telematics systems to review with customers
• Join customer calls to support the sales team by explaining more complex analytical reports
• Identify knowledge gaps and help us fill them

Position Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role
• Power BI experience
• Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills 
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and effectively with high-profile external customers 
• Pays close attention to detail
• Confidence and poise to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Diligent follow-up skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM programs
