As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Health's 3rd party Radiology applications. These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support. You will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers. As a member of this team, you will communicate effectively verbally, in person and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
