As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization, your focus is to deliver innovative solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving technical questions regarding the use of Oracle PaaS Services. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the growth and success of our company. 

You will work with a team responsible for the software design, development, and operations for our new and existing products. You should understand system architecture, be hands-on, and be able to dive deep into any part of the stack. You should value simplicity and work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong and productive; someone who knows how to balance speed and quality with iterative and incremental improvements. You understand operational excellence and know-how to infuse a culture of being proactive within your team. You recommend and justify major changes to products and establish consensus with data-driven approaches.
