Responsibilities Include...

• Learning, and maintainingknowledge of all product offeringswith a deep understanding of all ingredients and preparations
• Consistently following fine dining steps of service with urgency, authenticity and warmth
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance foryourself and the restaurant
• An eagerness to continue to learn and grow

The right candidate will have...

• 1 or more years experience as a Food Runner in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
• English fluency. Additional languages preferred, but not required
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
