The Role:

Contract Role on 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension.

Ora is seeking a Contract Clinical Research Recruiter with a strong focus on direct sourcing who will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand to screen, attract, and hire top clinical research talent. The Clinical Research Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment while partnering in a very consultative manner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. In addition, this person will be responsible for leading and communicating strategic recruitment updates to key leaders within the division they support.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing needs of all levels within multiple business units.
  • Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals, and developing meaningful contacts.
  • Successfully provide a positive candidate experience, from start to finish.
  • Challenge the status quo by continually improving and optimizing internal processes and best practices as it relates to recruiting.
  • Leverage social media, multiple network resources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent.
  • Partner with TA team in developing new sourcing strategies for sourcing to create innovative search strategies and target clinical research personnel.
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewing teams to ensure a full understanding of each position and that candidates are meeting the position requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Track, communicate, and report on upcoming, open, and filled positions weekly to ensure position timelines are met.
  • Stay currenton the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Responsibilities may differ slightly from the above based on the specific needs of the business.

What We Look For:

Experience Needed for the Role:

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • 3 years of Clinical Research recruitment experience.
  • ATS experience – preferably Greenhouse ATS.
  • Previous CRO experience preferred.

Additional Skills and Attributes

  • 3 years' experience with LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting).
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work as a team player as well as work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and perform multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
