Registered Nurse - Home Health

Duties:

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in home health, hospice, or senior care is preferred
- Proficient in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
- Knowledge of neonatal ventilator management, pediatric care, gastric lavage, and hospice palliative medicine is a plus
