Title : Janitor/Material Handler

Shift : 1st Shift: 5AM - 1:30 PM (Mon – Fri)

Pay Rate : Janitor and material handler: $17.00/hour; Janitor only: $15.00/hour

If the candidate can only do Janitorial then the pay rate is 15.00
If the candidate can work both Janitorial and Material Handler then the pay rate is 17.00
1st shift Janitor $15.00/hour (janitor only would work approximately 6 hours/day) or Janitor/material handler $17.00/hour (janitor and material handler would work after janitor duties for additional 2-3 hours as material handler)

Job Description

Duties will include cleaning of bathrooms, sitting areas, offices, trash removal and any other housekeeping needs. Hours 5AM - 1:30 PM M-F 40 hours week

For this position we have a few different options that would work for us:

• Flexible schedule that they can work 4-5 hours a day, cleaning only. Start at 5 am.
• Duties will include cleaning of bathrooms, sitting areas, offices, trash removal and any other housekeeping needs.
• Can work a full shift: 8 hours, then possibly up to 10 hours a day when we get busy: cleaning, then go to material handling
• Cleaning includes all office area/space, restrooms, breakrooms, stairs, windows, garbage, dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• The material handler if that is the option is the same as any other material handler, they just clean first then go to that.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
