Across Gainesville, our ten locations strive to provide a positive and inclusive company culture and place of growth for our employees. As a Barista, you will educate customers on our products, craft high-quality drinks by following recipes and proper bar techniques, and cultivate community with guests and coworkers alike each day.
The starting base pay for this position is $13/hour, plus our tip pool and benefits, including Paid Time Off, making for an hourly average of $17-$18 to begin. We offer additional raises for bar training, biannual increases, and opportunities for leadership. Here's what we're looking for in a Full-Time Barista candidate:
