- Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience in program design, employee relations, talent management, change management, recruiting, and research.
- Familiarity with instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
