Currently, we are seeking a full-time optical manager/store manager. It is a must that the candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, and having an optical background is preferred, but not required.
The general manager will be responsible for all aspects of the business. This includes keeping the retail business day functioning well and organized, computer entry of sales and insurances, troubleshooting patient phone inquiries and scheduling, maintaining store appearances and mentoring staff as a sales leader. The candidate must be professional, reliable and punctual. This position also requires a strong leader that elicits excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve any customer complaints with positive outcomes. Must be available to work weekdays and Saturday. Our company offers competitive salary and benefits along with performance bonus and advancement opportunities.
