OPTIONS is looking for a Group Home Coordinator!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
This position is an entry level management position responsible for the day to day operations of a 6 bed home for men with intellectual disabilities. You will provide direct, hands on support to the residents while providing overall leadership for the home. Management duties include hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of staff; coordinating appointments, medical care, and medication administration with the nursing team; communication with families; managing the menu and shopping/ordering; maintaining and ordering supplies; and coordinating social and recreational opportunities for residents.

On-call is required and overtime hours are available and expected. Bachelor’s degree in a social service field is strongly preferred, but not required. This is a great opportunity to earn extra money without the need for a second job while you grow your career!

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old,
Must have a clear driving record,
Must be a licensed driver,

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and available on call.
