Job Description: As a Care Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be talking to seniors seeking care for themselves, and family members (most often spouses or children) inquiring about services for their loved ones. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information about our services, guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise.

We’re looking for someone part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week. Depending on the success, this could become a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries from potential clients and their families regarding our home health care services.
• Consultative Selling: Listen actively to clients' needs, concerns, and preferences, and offer personalized recommendations that align with their unique situations and requirements.
• Educate Clients: Provide detailed information about our personal care assistance services.
• Build Rapport: Establish rapport and trust with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to their well-being.
• Navigate Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, including scheduling assessments and facilitating paperwork and documentation.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
• Maintain CRM Records: Enter and update client information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, monitor progress, and facilitate follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the care coordinators and admin staff to initiate needs assessments and match caregivers to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with consultative selling is a plus.
• Empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive difference in their lives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Experience using Hubspot CRM software is a plus but not required.
• This position has a flexible schedule with work-at-home an option. For the right candidate, this could be a second job working evenings and weekends.

Benefits: This position will include a base hourly rate and plus generous bonus for meeting targets.
