The Patient (PCA) is an integral part of the clinic, being the first and foremost point-of-contact for patients. The PCA is tasked with delivering an excellent patient experience from initial contact to their last visit. It is a role that requires great interpersonal skills as well as knowledge in customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. The PCA must remain professional and use their expertise to instill confidence while maintaining clear communication with patients.
