Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for patients in a surgical med-surg setting.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes.
• Use electronic systems to document patient data and monitor progress.
• Participate in the coordination of patient discharge planning.

Salary Range: $31.55 - $45.07/hr. based on experience

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a Compact state.
