Position overview: 

To support the legal team in its daily functions while gaining exposure to the operations of a small in-house legal team and learning about some of the tools we use to support the business. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Update and help optimize the legal team's contract management software
• Create a standard clause library
• Update the Top 150 contract summary for customers
• Create a Top 150 contract summary for suppliers
• Possibly assist with data room gathering for M&A activity
• Other reports and presentation work as assigned.

• Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in Law or related field from an accredited university

• Ability to take lead and drive for results
