Position Overview:

In this role, you will analyze, design, develop and implement programs to maximize profitability, effectiveness, and efficiency for both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all industry standards for safety while meeting design standard and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and training to implementation team members
  • Develop and present customer VMI solution proposals
  • Perform customer facility site assessments
  • Design, Develop, and Implement customer VMI solutions using various methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Support new business initiatives and start-up facilities
  • Develop and effectively manage implementation project timelines
  • Maintain regular implementation status updates utilizing using standardized implementation tools and processes
  • Effectively monitor and manage implementation budget
  • Effectively lead and manage regular project implementation calls both internal and external
  • Delegate and manage deliverables across cross functional teams
  • Provide consistent implementation project updates to senior leadership
  • Lead operations improvement projects at individual facilities in support of implementation efficiency
  • Identify process flow improvements to minimize waste and optimize throughput
  • Maintain inventory locator system (i.e JIT- Just In Time)
  • Work with various vendors (racking, material handling equipment, labor, etc.) to take designs to quote andthrough the internal procurement process
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives
  • Interact with all levels of business professionals
  • Travel between internal service centers
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

A./B.S.in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other relevant degree.

3 years’ work experience required within manufacturing or logistics highly preferred

Keen understanding of concepts and issues.

Strong verbal and written communications abilities.

Intense team building skills with the ability to motivate others or make the decision to separate them from the company.

Effective decision making and delegation skills.

Experience as part of a project team prioritizing multiple continuous improvement projects

Ability to travel up to 50%
