Reports to VP of Finance – Americas

This position is responsible forfinancial planning, reporting and analysis of Optimas’ Circle Bolt & Nut(CBN) distribution business headquartered in Kingston, Pennsylvania.

The individual is the Finance leader for the CBN division and works with various operational and administrative departments throughout the CBN organization as well as the Americas finance and Corporate shared services teams. This role will have dotted-line reporting into the President of CBN. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing timely and accurate financial information, operational tracking and analysis, forecasting and communication of results to business leadership.

Candidates for this role will be considered for either CBN’s headquarters in Kingston, PA, or at Optimas’ global headquarters in Wood Dale, IL.

Principal Responsibilities:

•Implement and maintain financial controls (policy & procedures and internal controls) to improve financial data integrity and reporting

•Work withvariousbusiness functions to increase accuracy of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts (e.g., sales, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, capital expenditures)

•Support thelocationmanagers to achieve Company objectives and to improve efficiencies,reduce costsand assure inventory accuracy

•Perform assigned, weekly, monthly,quarterlyand annual close activities to ensure Company deadlines are met

•Prepare and present monthly financials to business leadership including analysis of actual results vs. budget, forecast, and prior year

•Assist in the preparation, tracking, reporting and analysis of the annual budget and periodicforecasts

•Support the organization in various other tasks, as requested

Job Requirements Background and Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in accountingor finance; CPA/MBA a plus

•Minimum of10years ofmanagerial levelaccounting experience ina multi-location nationwide distribution

•Excellent communication,collaboration,and presentation skills to train, persuade, and lead change at various levels of the organizational structure

•Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles and practices

•English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking required

•NetsuiteandEpicor Prophet 21 ERP highly desired

•Proficient with MS Office 365 - Outlook, Word, and higher-level Excel functions (pivot tables, v-look up, graphing,etc). Experience withOracle PBCSandSmart Viewa plus
