Position Description:

• Provide Ford with timing estimate based on project scoping meeting.
• Collect Modeling data as directed by engineer.
• Clean surface data to level requested.
• Develop surface mesh in accordance with mesh quality criteria.
• Provide the Company with electronic copy of all surface and surface mesh files.
• Provide Company with monthly invoices.
• The Data Modeling collection will require extensive knowledge of Database system.

Skills Required:

• Experience in using CFD and CAD tools such as CATIA, ANSA, Hypermesh, UH3D, TAITherm, CCM , enSight, StarCCM, etc.
• Knowledge of CAE: interpretation of results and mesh generation • English level: 80% or higher

Skills Preferred:

• Expertise using ANSA Software
• Expertise on vehicle Thermal
• Expertise on correlation analysis
• Expertise on chassis/PT subsystems

Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in CAE Experience with full vehicle thermal CFD.

Education Required:

• Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
