Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness

- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area (e.g., Internal Medicine or Family Practice)

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
