Patient Coordinator-Austin/Bee Cave, TX

Who we are

At Optimal Bio, our mission is to restore your body to optimal health through industry leading BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid treatment, adrenal support, wellness, and supplements. We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Our Patient Coordinators ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We invest in our employees and provide opportunities for growth, training and development.

Please note this position is located full time in our Bee Cave, TX location office.

What you have

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in an office or medical setting
  • Experience using an EHR system preferred, but not required
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

What you’ll do

  • Manage all front office functions including patient communication, check-in and check-out, scheduling, billing, patient questions and answering phones
  • Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
  • Order lab work for patients
  • Prep procedure rooms (including cleaning and handling syringes)
  • Clean procedure rooms and bathrooms
  • Stock and track inventory
  • Travel up to 10% for training or development opportunities

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
