We are a company of about 50 employees in two states, looking for the right person to join our clinical Department. Our BCBAs support our clinical team with high quality interventions and strategies to promote the growth and development of our clients and their families. Using a specialized focus on adaptive skills to promote independence for our clients across all aspects of their lives, all our services are rendered in a group setting (with appropriate support) to allow for peer interaction and social opportunities. In our clinic, we can naturally address communication skills, self-sufficiency skills, and self-management skills in a highly individualized manner.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Purpose of the Position:
To provide supervision, staff training, curricula development and programming, parent coaching, new program development, mentorship to BCBA students, research and data management.
Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)
Responsible to: Managing Clinical Director
Type: Full Time - this is an in-clinic position.
Locations: Clinic-based position. This position works out of our Rockville, MD clinic and a remote/work-from-home day.
Compensation: Salary based on experience. Other benefits include quarterly bonus structure, unlimited paid time off, 10 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid professional liability insurance, 401(k), Health Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care FSA, CEU/license reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
Oversee client cases, including but not limited to, the following:
Supervise ABA therapists, including but not limited to, the following:
Company-wide collaboration with other BCBAs in the areas of protocol and policy development
Represent Optimal Beginnings at conferences through attendance, networking, and presentations (as needed)
Develop and implement client goals for Groups.
