We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of specialty health services. We are currently seeking a Level 2 IT Specialist to join our growing team at our Scottsdale corporate office!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Set up new workstations for users.
• Detailed knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Desktops/Laptops, peripherals, LAN/WAN/WLAN, VOIP phones, and cybersecurity systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs both via remote access and onsite field service work to all locations throughout Arizona.
• Document all issues via a ticketing system.
• Resolve helpdesk support tickets.

Job Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse IT systems, databases, and applications including Office 365, Azure, IP networking, antivirus, VPN, RingCentral, and security system configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
