Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 15 locations and 70 medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. Optima is currently seeking a General Contractor to perform various duties to ensure we run at optimal efficiency. The ideal General Contractor will be expected to oversee high-level construction projects for company clinic sites. Prioritize and balance construction plans and oversee tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Developing and overseeing high level project plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain standards expected. Revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualification Requirements: 

• General contracting/Foreman experience
• OSHA compliance training and regulations certification required
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and leadership skills
