Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Part-Time Licensed Esthetician

Optima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced part-time Licensed Esthetician to join our growing dermatology and medical aesthetics group in Stratham, NH. You will be supported by exceptional practice managers, clinical support staff, and powerhouse back-office teams, allowing you to focus on providing great patient care.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Perform skin analyses and evaluations on clients

• Perform non-invasive or minimally invasive services and treatments including but not limited to Broadband Light (BBL), laser hair removal, dermaplanning, Skin Pen Microneedling, HydraFacial, and chemical peels
• Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre-and post-treatment care guidelines, and products to enhance their procedures
• Have thorough knowledge of skin care and cosmetic products in order to appropriately develop patient treatment plans
• Ensure patient's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of patient care
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and training
• Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a team player
• Strong listening skills
• Team oriented
• Knowledge of aesthetic services and treatments
• 1 years esthetician experience preferred

• Dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa industry experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
• Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment
• Passion for helping patients and providing great care
• Communicate with professionalism, honesty, and kindness
• Valid Esthetician License in NH
