**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through cold calling, social media management, and networking.

- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

- Collaborate with founders

- Research and implement best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Proficient in cold calling, interviewing techniques, research methods, and social media management.

Pay: $71,838.00 - $79,664.00 per year
