Basic Function:
Responsible for designing manufacturing tooling and development processes for harsh environment and specialty connectivity products. Determines the parts, equipment and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry is preferred. Experience with fiber optic termination process preferred.
