POSITION SUMMARY : The Flatbed Specialist is responsible for freight transport using the assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, also the loading and unloading flatbeds through physical work and use of equipment.

POSITION REQUIRMENTS : - High School Diploma, or equivalent- Hazardous Materials Certification- Forklift Certification- Air Brake Adjustment Certification- Basic understanding of transportation or freight- Ability to adapt easily to frequent changes in the workplace- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment- Ability to complete all required basic and re-current training- Ability to read and understand regulations, policies, and procedures- Must be able to operate all equipment within the department- Safety footwear is required PHYSICAL DEMANDS : - Ability to move up to pounds utilizing proper moving equipment- Ability to independently move up to 70 pounds- Ability to user proper lifting techniques when needed- Ability to do repetitive motions- Must be able to sit in a vehicle for long stretches of time- Frequent use hands and fingers to feel objects and / or handle tools- Frequently stand;

walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb and balance on ladders and stairs; stoop, kneel and crouch- Ability to work in a warehouse environment where exposure to the elements and exhaust fumes are likely WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU : Pay : $24 HourlyDay Shift starting at 4 : 00 AM or 9 : 00 AM
