Individuals who are willing to learn within a team system and welcome a high-performance environment will excel in this area with a focus on servicing existing accounts as well as performing new group development.
The Opportunity

• Sales - Access to large public sector accounts with on-site access that you are able: to plug into, communicate our benefits, make sales, and obtain referrals to develop new business.
• Training - One of the top training programs in the Country; both in the training room and live in the field with tenured leaders that excel at a high level
• Compensation - We offer high pay & healthy bonus/incentive programs, including international incentive trips. We are 1099 and the position is 100% commission based.
• New Agents can earn $50,000-$70000 first year on average
• Balanced Life - Our most successful agents work Monday through Friday - no evenings, weekends, or holidays required.

• Be willing to learn and work within a team.
• Maintain and develop current relationships within large public sector accounts.
