RN Staff Development Job Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our team as a Staff Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating staff development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staff development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas where staff development is needed.
• Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in staff development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in staff development or related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software.
