Clinical Dietitian (RD) - Full Time
Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitianto support the nutritional services delivery in our Columbus, OH Care Centers.
In this role, you will oversee and complete all clinical nutrition documentation and care utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, MDS nutritional assessments, care plans and progress notes. This serves as part of the Interdisciplinary Team and will be expected to assist the Dining Services Manager, Administrator and the Director of Nutrition and Dining Services in improving the nutrition status of all residents. This position will be based out of our Ohio Corporate office in Hilliard, Ohio but will be assigned multiple locations within the company’s group of communities.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio or be license eligible
- Previous Clinical Dietitian experience a plus
- Strong technical and computer skills
