OpSource Staffing is Hiring a Warehouse Manager Near Ladson, SC
- Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination within the departments.
- Completes all required management reports.
- Executes maintenance activities when needed.
- Create and maintain organizational goals including policy writing and implementation.
- Improve processes by implementing new practices such as barcoding, QC standards, etc.
- Oversight of building and equipment maintenance.
- Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and protocols as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Improve distribution operations by identifying areas to improve quality and initiate problem-solving activities to improve quality performance
- Motivate staff to strive for efficient and effective warehouse administration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team building environment.
- Able to pass a standard Drug Screen and Background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
