OpSource Staffing is Hiring a Financial Controller Near Simpsonville, SC
Pay for the position:
- $110,000 per year
Shift for the position:
- 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm
Job requirements for the position may include:
- Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership in driving the company’s financial results including monitoring and unbiasedly assessing the company’s performance improvement plans including cost performance as well as cash flow items optimization
- Direct and assist in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements including related financial analysis, the annual budget, forecasts, and management reporting
- Monitor and manage the manufacturing accounting systems and related policy and procedures, including the setting of standard costs, variance analysis, inventory accuracy, internal controls, ERP system integrity, etc.
Qualifications for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA certification and/or master’s degree are a plus)
- 10 years of experience in relevant finance roles (Accounting/Controlling)
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Plant controllership experience, preferably with experience ramping up/down operations
- Experience and understanding of general accounting, inventory and cost accounting provide the ability to solve unstructured business and accounting problems
- You are highly proficient in Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, O365
