OpSource Staffing is Hiring a Blender Operator Near Hendersonville, NC
Pay for the position:
- $21.00-$22.00/hr
Shifts for the position:
- 1st shift – 6am-6pm
- 2nd shift 6pm-6am (must be able to train on 1st for 30 days)
Job requirements for the position may include:
- Read and follow blending guidelines as set forth on a formula sheet to adhere to company and customer specifications.
- Perform quality checks before releasing batches for production such as brix, acid, pH, sensory and color and adjust batches to meet specifications.
- Use computer touch screen to fill batch tanks with bulk ingredients.
- Use computers to research inventory needs and make batch corrections.
- Use handheld scanners to batch formulas
Qualifications for the position:
- Six months manufacturing experience.
- Must be proficient in mathematics.
- Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs. above shoulder throughout shift
- Detail oriented; ability to multi-task
