Summary:
The Sr. Investigative Analyst performs online analytical investigations, and specialized technical functions to evaluate, identify, collect, receive, classify, process, log, catalogue, index, preserve, release, destroy, and dispose of digital evidence, physical evidence and identify links to illicit trade and identify High Valued Targets (HVT) through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geographic Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signal (SIGINT) and performs duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Investigative Services. The Regional Investigative Analyst will be the point person for one or more regions for all online/offline brand enforcement activities, piracy, fraud, credentialing, illegal downloads, intellectual property rights, trademark and patent investigations as it pertains to civil or criminal judiciary processes and under direction of OPSEC’s Investigative Services Evidence Collection and Preservation Policies, and procedures. They will provide direct investigational reporting support within the regions and provide support to OPSEC’s Senior Director of Investigations on safeguarding brands & intellectual property rights violations through online analytical evidentiary standards.
