Oppress Inc is Hiring an Appliance Technician Near Newport, VA
Ideal candidate will be responsible to show up to laundromat locations as needed for what tasks are at hand in respect to repair requests for washers, dryers and other equipment. Some light maintenance help and preventive maintenance duties will be required as well. Must be able to answer on call emergencies. Some after shift calls for emergencies may be required.
Shifts are about 25 hours per week, more when there is alot going on. 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day that rotates (5 days-5hours per, give or take) With some emergency calls that may be needed
Experience repairing washers and dryers a plus. Training provided.
Qualifications:
Ability to use basic tools ( some provided)
Ability to travel( mileage compensation)
Own Reliable Transportation(trucks are good but not required) you will be carrying equipment to and from locations. Mileage reimbursement provided.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:

- On call
- Weekends as needed
