Under the direction of the Senior Manager Behavior Supports/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will assist in delivering high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and practices to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other disabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Senior Manager Behavior Supports (BCBA) in implementing ABA behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting.
- Collects data in-situ on all programming and writes accurate progress notes.
- Adheres to OVs established policies and procedures.
- Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information per HIPAA Guidelines and Company Policy.
- Immediately reports any patient incidents or concerns to supervisor.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
- Maintains acceptable attendance status, per OV policy.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills.
- Accept and apply performance based feedback.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision making.
- Adheres to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code outlined by the BACB.
- Abides by the RBT Ethics Code outlined by the BACB.
- Provide ABA services as identified on the individual treatment plan.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
