As an Employment Specialist you will provide job coaching to our supervised work crews and also provide long-term support individuals who are independently employed.

Hours and Benefits of the Job Coach:

  • The minimum pay rate is $18.00/hour. Education and experience may also be considered when extending offers.
  • Scheduled shifts are primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours.
  • Some limited nights and weekends may be required.
  • Located in St. Cloud, MN 

Full Time Position Benefits also include:

Responsibilities of the Job Coach:

  • Provide job coaching to consumers in a community employment setting.
  • Provide supervision and assistance during breaks at the job site.
  • Community Integration/engagement: staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.
  • Communicate professionally with assigned job site supervisors and work positively and encourage consumer teams.
  • Work to positively encourage consumer work growth.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Attend all required and requested staff meetings and training.
