The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Previous experience in Recovery/SUD work preferred.

• Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis
• Able and willing to facilitate SUD groups
• Familiarity working in a primary care model, where one must be flexible and open to interruptions and even warm hand-offs/quick consults
• Experience in using trauma-informed care models

All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!

The position is planned for full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
