Position Summary:

• Perform the duties of a machine operator/packer as required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and reduce clutter on the floor.
• Must successfully complete R.C. Bigelow, Inc. Operator Certification Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
• Comply with R.C. Bigelow Safety and Health rules.

Skills/Training Required:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of weights and measures, volume and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately and safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Required to have vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
