We have outstanding retail management career opportunities available, and our Manager-In-Training (MIT) Program is designed to offer structured training and development to enthusiastic and team-oriented candidates looking for a successful retail career. This training program offers strong compensation and benefits, and a fast-training track to responsible and rewarding retail management positions.
We have multiple MIT locations in South Dakota (Sioux Falls E 10th St., Aberdeen, Pierre, Rapid City), North Dakota (Bismarck, Dickinson), Minnesota (St. Cloud, Worthington, Marshall), New York (Canandaigua, Rome), Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and other possible Runnings locations.
The MIT is responsible for assuring the highest level of customer service while learning to manage store operations. Successful candidates must be willing to relocate for available opportunities and can work days, evenings, and a rotating weekend/holiday coverage. Runnings may assist with relocation expenses in some cases.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-23.00 (Depending on Experience)
