Service Implementation Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Service Implementation Manager (SIM) reports directly to the Director of Programs. The
SIM will ensure that the program and team aligns with the mission and values of the organization and that the activities and day-to-day functions are being performed to the highest standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
The SIM will be responsible for leading a Community Support team comprised of a Support
Specialist, PCP Specialist, an Employment Specialist, Community Support Managers and
Community Support Professionals to assist, and support, adults with developmental disabilities toward the development of skills, and achievement of personal goals as outlined within the
Person-Centered Plans.
The SIM will oversee the programming for 40-50 individuals in services in what is called “a community group”.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervisory Duties
Managers in all aspects of their positions including the person-centered planning process, goal implementation, job development and job coaching, supervision of direct reports, transportation, and both community-based and in-house programming. * Collaborate with the PCP Specialist and Support Specialist as it relates to service needs, Service Implementation Plan (SIP) development, and service funding.

Mission and Values throughout all supervisory exchanges. * Working with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance to provide initial and/or ongoing staff training as required on topics such as: behavioral plans, abuse, and prevention, iCareManager, incident reports, identifying needs of people served, job development and attendance.

CCS agencies, DORS and other community members and stakeholders to facilitate awareness about Opportunities, Inc.’s programs.
Communication
“community group,” that work with the people who choose Opportunities, Inc.’s services. * Ensure that direct support staff communicate effectively with all entities of a support team as necessary.
