**Description**

**The Clean Team Crew member provides commercial cleaning to a premier business in Chesterton IN.**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Working when scheduled- be prepared to be called in extra if needed to work a weekend.

2. Use of proper cleaning techniques and performs duties as required by Crew Leaders.

3. Perform tasks in a safe and timely manner (wearing gloves and safety glasses if needed).

4. Learn to operate in a safe manner, all equipment and supplies used by crews (vacuum and chemicals).

5. Responsible for following proper cleaning techniques (mopping, sanitizing restrooms, dusting, use of gloves).

6. Attend all mandatory meeting and trainings.

**Qualifications**

1) Must possess a valid Driver's License, with a driving record acceptable to Opportunity Enterprises, Inc. insurance carrier

2) Must have high school diploma/GED

3) Must be 18 years of Older

4) Must pass pre-screening requirements (i.e. Drug screening, TB Test, and Background check)
