Operation Exodus Inner City is seeking a Part-Time group leader for our Enrichment Program. The candidate will have the opportunity to assist elementary school students in educational achievement by improving homework skills, developing literacy and math strategies, and building a strong partnership with parents. Additionally, they will work within a team led by the Senior Program Director.
Our core values and mission come from a Christian tradition. Our goal is to build transformational relationships and meet our students and their families where they are emotionally and academically. We serve in Washington Heights, where the community and our students identify as Latino/Latinx.
